Home » Autism Corporate Service Providers (ACSPs)
Welcome to Veterans Desk, your trusted resource for connecting dedicated healthcare professionals and organizations with opportunities to serve our nation’s veterans. This guide is designed specifically for Autism Corporate Service Providers (ACSPs)—including ABA therapy organizations, behavioral health agencies, and specialty clinics that deliver multidisciplinary care to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
If your organization employs Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), occupational therapists, or speech-language pathologists, you may be eligible to join the VA Community Care Network (CCN) as a corporate provider.
Ensure your organization has the following:
Active licensure/registration (e.g., as a behavioral health agency or multidisciplinary therapy center)
Compile the following:
Roster of staff (BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, OTs) with credential verification and license numbers
Apply through your regional CCN administrator:
Designate an administrative lead and credentialing manager who will coordinate communication with the VA and third-party administrators.
Once credentialed and contracted, begin accepting VA referrals and delivering autism-related services to veterans and their eligible dependents.
Veterans and their families often require access to coordinated, high-quality autism care. While autism is typically diagnosed in childhood, veterans may be caregivers of children with ASD or, in some cases, may live with previously undiagnosed or late-diagnosed autism themselves.
Autism Corporate Service Providers offer scalable, supervised, and regionally accessible services—including ABA therapy, speech-language interventions, occupational therapy (OT), and functional behavior assessments. By enrolling as a corporate provider, your organization can ensure continuity of care and reach underserved veteran populations through approved VA-authorized services.
Deliver autism-related services using credentialed staff operating under your organization’s NPI and supervisory structure.
Bill for services under your organization’s Tax ID (TIN) and National Provider Identifier (NPI) with credentialed staff authorized under your group contract.
Offer ABA, speech therapy, OT, and behavioral counseling under one umbrella, improving care coordination.
Depending on VA authorization, your team may provide care in clinics, homes, schools, or other community-based locations.
Benefit from streamlined credentialing, managed care agreements, and built-in billing infrastructure.
Help veteran families navigate one of the most complex healthcare and service systems their children will encounter — with your expertise as the guide.

Yes. Organizations that specialize solely in ABA may enroll, provided they meet licensing and credentialing requirements. Multidisciplinary clinics are also encouraged to apply.
Timelines vary by region and administrative backlog. Assigning a dedicated credentialing lead will help expedite your application and onboarding process
Autism Corporate Service Providers (ACSPs) can begin the enrollment process in the VA Community Care Network through Optum (Regions 1–3) or TriWest (Regions 4–5). Veterans Desk provides education. The VA’s administrators handle enrollment.
