  • To be eligible for CCN participation, you must:

    • Hold a valid state medical license
    • Be board-certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism through the ABIM

    • ABIM board certification in endocrinology
    • Proof of malpractice insurance
