Welcome to Veterans Desk, your trusted resource for healthcare professionals seeking to serve veterans and their families. This guide is tailored for pediatricians and pediatric specialists interested in participating in the VA Community Care Network (CCN).
While the VA primarily provides care for adult veterans, there are VA-authorized programs, such as CHAMPVA (Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs), that allow for pediatric care of eligible dependents. Pediatric providers play a vital role in supporting veterans with families, contributing to household wellness and veteran peace of mind.
